Heidi Klum Samuels well it's been word that Heidi wants to change her last name to Samuels which is her husband Seal last name. That's so Cute! Anyways there is also word that Heidi checked did in fact check in to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and is ready to give birth to a baby girl.
Her friend, former Dutch model Anouk Smuldersm, mentioned the happy news on Dutch TV.
This will be Heidi's fourth child, and her third with hubby Seal.
Such a "Cute Couple!"
